Position Summary:
Provides in-home, non-medical services to support clients with daily living activities (ADLs), ensuring a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Companionship: Engaging in conversation, hobbies, reading, and social activities to provide emotional support.
Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, showering, grooming, hair care, dressing, and toileting.
Mobility Assistance: Helping with transferring (bed/chair), walking, and using wheelchairs or walkers.
Homemaking: Performing light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, changing linens, and organizing.
Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals, and assisting with feeding if necessary.
Transportation & Errands: Driving clients to doctor appointments, grocery shopping, or pharmacy visits.
Medication Reminders: Prompting clients to take pre-measured or prescription medications (non-administration).
Safety & Monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in physical or mental health to supervisors/family

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Pass background check and drug screening.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to lbs (required for mobility assistance).
Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.

Core Competencies:

Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
Reliability and punctuality.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
